Our Process
1. Schedule Your In-Home Visit
Every great remodel starts with a conversation. Ed and mollie will visit your home to discuss your vision, evaluate your space, take measurements, and learn about your style, needs, and budget. This consultation helps us understand exactly what you're hoping to achieve.
2. Design & Proposal
Using the information gathered during your consultation, we'll create a personalized design and provide a budget proposal outlining your project and the products we expect you may need. We'll provide you a chance to review and decide when you're ready to start.
3. Visit Our Showroom & Design Your Space
Next, we'll invite you to our showroom where you can explore cabinetry, countertops, hardware, finishes, flooring and other design options. Ed or Mollie will guide you in selecting products that complement your style while creating a space that's both beautiful and functional.
4. Final Design & Proposal
Once you've selected your materials and finishes, we'll prepare your finalized design along with a detailed proposal outlining your project scope and transparent pricing. After financial approval, we'll begin preparing for the ordering phase.
5. Order Materials & Prepare for Installation
Once your design is approved, Ed and Mollie will order your cabinetry, countertops, and selected materials. During this time, we'll coordinate timelines, confirm details, and prepare everything needed for a smooth installation. Because some products have longer lead times, there may be a short wait before your project begins. We'll keep you informed throughout the ordering process and schedule your installation as soon as your materials arrive.
6. Professional Installation
Through the final bidding process, Ed and Mollie will coordinate with trusted installation professionals who are the best fit for your project and needs. Throughout the installation process, Ed and Mollie will remain available to answer questions and help ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
7. Final Walkthrough & Enjoy Your New Space
Before we consider the project complete, Ed and Mollie will walk through the finished space with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Once everything is complete, it's time to enjoy a beautiful, functional space designed specifically for your home and lifestyle.
