Cabinetry
Whether it be a new construction home or new cabinets in an existing home, CKB's Design team will work with builders and clients to ensure the highest value is provided.
Your builder or general contractor has the advantage of CKB's willingness to work together to develop a realistic allowance early in the home design process. This avoids any surprises later on. We will spec out all the details with you so your home becomes your dream house!
Our Designer will measure the kitchen and will have everything ready for your builder or installer to take your products to the installation stage.
An American traditional style cabinet construction. Heartland features a face frame on the face of a 1/2″ plywood (furniture-board option available) with a 1 1/2″ by 3/4″ solid wood frame. It also features 3″ I-beams on the base cabinets to maximize squareness and strength possible. Shelves are 3/4″ thick and are fully adjustable. The cabinet doors are hinged to the face frame side which allows the cabinet to offer two types of overlays (see below). This creates versatility when it comes to design, allowing for the very traditional look of our Standard Overlay to the more modern design options of our Designer Overlay look.

Essential Construction is our entry-level line that features ¾” plywood end construction with engineered wood floors, backs and ceilings. It includes smooth to touch ⅝” dovetail drawer boxes with Blum® Tandem Edge ⅞ Extension soft-close runners
Premium Construction is our mid-level line featuring all plywood construction with ¾” plywood ends. The mid-level line has smooth to touch ⅝” poplar dovetail drawer boxes with Blum® Tandem Edge ⅞ Extension soft-close runners.
Ultimate Construction is our top-level line that features all plywood construction with ¾” plywood ends. It also includes smooth to touch ¾” maple dovetail drawer boxes with Blum® Tandem Plus Full Extension soft-close runners.
