Full Kitchen Remodel
Master Bath Remodel
First of all we would never have been
able to get started without Susan's expertise. The pre-construction attention to detail was absolutely
wonderful. For example, Carol and I left your Estes Park office one Saturday
morning on our way to purchase appliances, and when we arrived at the appliance
sales office Susan had relayed dimensional information critical to the purchase
of the new appliances.
I doubt if any other company would have been following the project that closely.
The Estes Park showroom also makes a great presentation, allowing us to see things in place and select from different products. Again Susan's guidance was wonderful.
Once past the pre-construction the installation was handled in a timely manor, and the installing personal did a great job. Working in someone's home is a difficult undertaking and Colorado Kitchen & Bath handled it well.
We were so pleased with the initial kitchen project that we add the remodeling of the master bathroom.
We couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Communication: CKB was proactive at every step. We had daily communication with our on-site contractor who helped us with not-so little things like moving our washer and dryer back into the laundry room on multiple occasions so we could do the laundry (the entire main floor of the house had a slate floor installed and new cabinets throughout). Ed was always a phone call away. During the research and selection phase Ed and our interior decorator met frequently at the showroom based on our tight schedule which included evening meetings. We never felt rushed, only supported, as Ed guided us through the many steps in a complete re-design of the main level of our home. Our project was done in the time frame we intended and at the cost that was projected, which was a blessing since we lived in the home while it was being remodeled!
Quality of Products: Because my Dad was a cabinet-maker I wanted higher end cabinets but not fully custom. Ed completely understood and found us a line with solid wood drawers and doors, heavy plywood carcasses (not MDF), tongue and groove construction, full-extension drawer guides, extra-thick cabinet door inserts, and soft-close drawers and doors, all in a lovely cherry wood that just gets more beautiful over time. We were responsible for picking out our appliances, sinks, faucets, lighting and cabinet pulls, while our countertops were selected right in Ed’s showroom. He also completely remodeled our pantry with pull-out floor to ceiling shelving that he built in his workshop and had installed on site. The “crown jewel” of the kitchen is our custom backsplash which is a mountain scene constructed of multiple kinds of granite complete with snow-capped peaks and wildlife! It is lit from above by under-cabinet lighting and always gets a “Wow!” from first-time guests.; The design process started with computerized drawings of the intended kitchen where Mary could specify each cabinet and drawer dimension, the size of the kitchen island etc. Since Mary is a gourmet cook she has a defined area for her baking center complete with deep drawers for staples and a special cabinet with a pull-up base for her mixer. Ed also sourced our slate floor and quartz countertops and hired the subcontractors for each phase of the design, which in our case involved a complete demolition of the existing kitchen, removal of a non load-bearing wall, and removal of ceilings, walls and flooring. We did not have to do this level of remodeling, but we wanted a legacy kitchen that would transform our early 90’s home and support our lifestyle which centers around the great room of the house. The result is more a kitchen with attached great room than the other way around!
Overall Satisfaction: We love our new kitchen, which evolved to include a remodeled powder room, laundry room and mud room with coordinated cherry wood trim and slate flooring throughout. We spend most of our waking hours in our remodeled space which not only suits us to a “T” but is great for family gatherings and parties. CKB shared the limelight with our interior designer and they worked together as a team. I would recommend CKB for any home remodeling project and thank Ed Brehon for his honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Thank you!

I decided to remodel our kitchen for my wife’s birthday, after seeking out several companies for bids, I choose Colorado Kitchen and Bath to complete the work. They returned all our calls promptly, listened to us, and had great design ideas. I tried to find other companies who offered comprehensive services similar to Colorado Kitchen and Bath, but was unable to even get a phone call returned. I even drove to other places yet still did not receive follow up calls or the promised estimates. At one company, I was told they could provide me what I wanted, but I would have to order my own products and then put some of it in by myself. This was quite the opposite when conducting business s with Colorado Kitchen and Bath.
When it came time to do the work, the staff at Colorado Kitchen and Bath, kept us informed throughout the process. The work was completed in a professional manner, on time and without exceeding the estimates provided. Throughout the process, I knew who would be in my home, how long they would be there and my kitchen was cleaned daily after they finished working.
I would recommend Colorado Kitchen and Bath if you are planning a remodel, in today’s world many of the remodel companies are out to sell you what they offer and not what you want or need. Companies will not even come to your property to give you ideas unless they are guaranteed tens of thousands of dollars of work. How often does one get the owner of the company to come to your house and actually take time to listen, offer suggestions and promise to come in on budget and then produce what was promised. Colorado Kitchen and Bath did just that for use and the results are phenomenal! Give them your business you will not regret it.
Sincerely,
Stephen Neuman
